Social Awareness

Walking is one of the simplest physical activity which can be done alone or group of likeminded people. It is better to have 3-5 minutes warm up prior walking and 3-5 minutes cool down post walking for aligning our body, mind and soul together. Besides significant health benefits, this initiatives will also raise a social awareness campaign – it is possible to generate positive cultures – same will be the most useful for society development. As peoples (different walks of life – unity in diversity) are united and dedicated for a common cause of individual fitness, better health, there is a possibility to discuss or resolve issues from helping others to social and environmental improvement. During and after the group walking, there is exchange of views, shared by walking communities which will / must lead to social improvement in terms of local development, education, health, environment, sharing joy and sorrow ( good and bad times ) etc.
